Responsibilities:
Assemble finished product and sub-assemblies using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to specifications and company policies.
Perform shipping and receiving functions to ensure on time delivery.
Perform general labor tasks to support the value stream as directed by the Production Supervisor.
Ensure work is completed on time with high quality
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Team player willing to constructively solve problems and conflicts with co-workers
Positive attitude and willingness to highlight problems to solve – rather than complain about them
Proficient with personal computer usage with basic skills in Microsoft Office
Ability to read, understand and follow process specifications and written instructions
Able to perform intricate hand assembly
High attention to detail
High degree of pride in workmanship and quality
Able to perform in fast paced, deadline driven environment with repetitive work
Continuous sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
